We celebrated our Summer Mela in Nandafalva Temple in Hungary, from 4th to 11th august.

Nandafalva was formed in 1979 and the new temple, which combines traditional Hindu and Hungarian elements, was built in 2000.

We were blessed by the presence of Gurudeva Atulananda, in our Berlin Temple, to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of the Installation of Sri Sri Guru Gauranga Gandharvika Govinda Sundaram.

Spoon Revolution: 38th World Vegetarian Congress in Dresden

The Vegetarian European Community organized the 38th World Vegetarian Congress from 27th July to 2nd August 2008 in the city of Dresden-Germany under the motto:“100 Years of Food Revolution”.

The World Vegetarian Congress not only appealed to veggies: it talked on ethics, religion, spirituality, food, health, sport, politics and society, ecology and nature conservation, the world hunger problem as well as animal rights and protection of animals.

......and the Spoon Revolution team has also been there.

We presented the Spoon Revolution cause and attracted many interested people and we met a wide spectrum of people and ideas.

Prasadam for the Rockers !

The biggest Heavy-Rock Festival of all Europe: "With Full Force XV" (with 25.000 people) was held in North Germany from 4-7 july, and was greatly inspired by our team of devotees, the Kurukshetra devotees of Berlin, who supplied delicious prasadam throughout the whole event.

His Divine Grace Sri Srila Bhakti Rakshaka Sridhara Deva Goswami Maharaja, the founder of the Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Matha, was born in India in 1895. Srila Sridhara Maharaja is the composer of numerous classical prayers and commentaries in Sanskrit and Bengali. His works are hailed as gems of pure Vaishnavism by scholars, philosophers, and devotees worldwide.
